Videos stop playing starts playing from beginning

Play a video and wait

Actual behavior

Videos play and randomly stop playing screen goes black then either rewinds 2 seconds and starts again, 50% of the time it starts from the beginning.

Im on 24.61 but has been hapening with Every version since 24.37
