Inspiration

I got the idea after watching the Global Gamers challenge video. It was the first thing that popped into my mind. It combines classic elements of clicker games with some multiplayer aspect.

What it does

It's a strategy clicker game where you progress in your career, start your business, and try to become a millionaire. But in this process, your actions can affect the environment.

You need to be careful and going for the highest profit might not be the best decision. Your decisions can negatively affect your country with high pollution. The game also tries to educate the user on the best environmental decisions.

Compare yourself to other players. Together with your fellow citizens help your country be the most eco-friendly country.

There are small educational tips to help you make the right choice and educate you.

How we built it

It's a basic Flutter game using widgets. Graphics are mostly made with Midjourney and then edited to fit into the game. Firestore database for the backend.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

The game looks fun, and the multiplayer aspect is something new in clicker games.

We also put effort into adding accessibility features to the game.

What's next for Green Capitalist

The game can be improved, we have a lot of ideas.
