Quebec's Public Security Minister François Bonnardel said on Tuesday that the provincial government is worried about migrants crossing illegally into the United States from Canada, and is calling on the RCMP to deploy the necessary resources at the border. Bonnardel added that he had met with Public Safety Minister David McGuinty earlier in the week, who was “focused” on the situation and “wants to deliver.”
