Gokongwei Brothers Foundation believes that quality education is the key to progress. Over the past 30 years, GBF has dedicated itself to advancing STEM education, reaching more than 50,000 teachers with a potential impact to 1.5 million learners nationwide.
GBF seeks to promote STEM education through scholarship grants, technical-vocational training, institutional endowments, educators' professional development, and collaborations with industry and community partners.

Farmers across the country, especially in Cebu, struggle with anthelmintic resistance (or resistance to substances used to treat infections caused by parasitic worms) and parasitic infestations in their livestock. This challenge motivated students from Cebu City National Science High School to explore alternative solutions to combat these infestations.
