I loved Josh and Gemma: Second Time Around, and I was keen to listen to another of Sarah Ready's books.
Love Letters: A Novella has a nostalgic You've Got Mail trope and I was glad to revisit this type of plot after so many years. There are vibes of Romeo and Juliet and also it's reminiscent of the movie Letters to Juliet becuse of the "sending a letter and waiting for someone to reply" plot line.
The pace is quick and there's good attention to detail. It's a good novella and I enjoyed the main characters and finding out how Sarah Ready writes in a shorter format.
I loved the atmospheric New York City setting.
4 stars.
