Li-Fi, short for light fidelity, this technology utilizes light spectrums to transmit data instead of radio waves used in traditional Wi-Fi. It employs light-emitting diodes (LEDs) to transmit data through modulating the light intensity at a rate of 15 million times per second, invisible to the human eye.
