Leader of the Nationalist Party Bernard Grech in a message for Christmas Day, said that “Christmas encourages us to build a society that values all people with the same dignity. Because every person has their own dignity.”

The Leader of the PN reflected on some of the many experiences he encountered in recent weeks and days, where he was able to better understand the daily challenges faced by the Maltese and Gozitan people.

Above all, he delivered a message of hope during days that should be a time of peace, “but not of silence in the face of torture, rape, or murder endured by migrants. Because peace is not silence in the face of workplace discrimination or the harsh reality of those who sleep on benches or under some shelter,” Grech said.

The Leader of the Opposition reiterated his best wishes, along with those of his wife AnneMarie and their children, as well as those of the PN, for a Happy Christmas to all the Maltese and Gozitan people.
