Returns
Grips4u will do everything within reason to assure a happy customer. If you have a question or problem, please, do not hesitate to contact us.
If you, the original purchaser, are not satisfied with a product purchased from us, for any reason, return it to us within 30 days - and we will refund your money.
We will promptly replace, repair, refund or exchange any defective Grips4u product or wrong one ordered by mistake at our discretion. A re-shipping fee may apply for an exchanged set. Any product you return or exchange must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging, including any screws, pins, etc. provided with the original item. No refunds, returns or exchanges willl be processed without the original product being returned.
The item must be new, unused, unaltered, unmounted, undamaged, complete and in the original packaging, with all components (dowel pins, spacers, screws, etc.) included; altered, used or damaged product is not returnable. Original shipping cost for returns/exchanges are not reimbursable, nor are the fees charged to us by the payment processor, in this case PayPal (PayPal no longer refunds their fees upon order returns, exchanges or cancellation as of November 1, 2019). Any returns or exchanges require that we receive the grip(s) prior to sending a replacement or refunding a purchase. Items are inspected upon return, and a restocking fee will apply for returned grips (a minimum charge of $15.00 or 15% or the per-grip-set cost). Returns are processed on business days only (not on weekends or holidays), and will be processed within 24-72 business-day hours from receipt of the returned item(s).
Damage caused by abuse, alteration, failure to fit to the gun, improper installation or maintenance of the grips is not covered. Damage caused by dropping the gun, holster wear or other physical abuse or damage beyond our control is not covered.
Some guns vary so much from others of the same model that minor fitting may be needed; this is more likely with certain makes or models (especially older guns), and grips that have been altered to fit a gun cannot be accepted for return as they are no longer new and may no longer fit the intended model(s).
All returns require prior authorization. Please contact us before sending anything so we can properly process your return. A restocking fee may apply. E-mail contact is best (at [email protected]), as we are not always able to answer the phone immediately. NOTE: Do not use signature confirmation on orders, as there may not be anyone available to sign for your package.
YOU MUST USE DELIVERY CONFIRMATION/TRACKING ON YOUR USPS RETURN! Without Delivery Confirmation your package cannot be located while in transit or if it is lost or late. This is for your own protection, as we cannot provide refunds or exchanges without the original set(s) being returned to us. This is especially true during the COVID-19 pandemic and the delays incurred throughout the postal system.
If you are past the 30-day return window and purchased the wrong grips for your gun, we may be able to exchange the grip set if it hasn't been altered or damaged; please contact us as we handle such situations on a case-by-case basis.
If you wish to exchange a set you ordered, you are responsible for the shipping and handling of the new set; we can send a PayPal "Request for Payment" to you for this. The amount will depend on the shipping service you choose.
Refusal of a package you ordered may result in further actions; we reserve the right to refuse future orders in such cases.
The customer is required to immediately check the delivery after receipt and to control the delivery for amount, identity, possible transit damage or obvious defects; we must be notified of the problem within eight (8) days.
We reserve the right to restrict or deny future purchases to those we feel have abused our return policies.

Packages without an RMA number on them will not be processed as returns.
