This private tour is available from Monday to Saturday (except holidays) from 8:30 to 11:30 AM The maximum number of participants in this private tour is 10 pax. This tour requires you to bring your own car, which will be used to travel from the ECHOfarms Parking Area to the Philippine Coffee Board Inc. (PCBI) Coffee Technology Center and vice versa. The destination is near Tagaytay tourist spots. If you're coming from a hotel in Manila or Makati, you can book a transfer service as an add-on to this tour.

ECHOfarms in Amadeo, Cavite is a haven for nature enthusiasts and coffee aficionados. Upon arrival, you’ll be served welcome coffee. Then, you’ll participate in Coffee 101, a brief introduction session to coffee. You'll have the chance to taste different coffee varieties grown right on the farm.

Afterward, you’ll depart to PCBI Coffee Technology Center, which aims to promote the Philippine coffee industry. Once you arrive, you’ll start your tour, which includes learning about the coffee life cycle. You’ll see the germination area of coffee seedlings and visit the nursery beds. You’ll also drop by the planting and harvesting areas.

Then, head to the Pavilion for a refreshing serving of coconut juice. If you visit during the harvest season (which usually falls from December to March, but this can still vary), you’ll continue your tour by preparing a basin with water to soak the harvested beans and removing any floaters before moving them to the drying area. Don't forget to capture a photo at the PCBI Coffee Technology Center welcome signage before going back to the ECHOstore.

Once you're back at the ECHOstore, you’ll explore the milling area in the warehouse and then visit the sorting area. Then, witness a live demo of coffee brewing and enjoy a sampler of the available coffee varieties from the farm. Finally, end your tour by shopping for coffee and other eco-friendly products at the ECHOstore.
