She has accomplished virtually everything in karate. She started training at the age of 11 and over 11 years of her professional career she won 29 medals in the Polish championships, 6 medals in the European championships and 3 medals in the world championships. Today she is a top personal trainer in Poland, with 56 professional certificates on her résumé.
She graduated from the University of Physical Education in Warsaw and holds two diplomas: one in sports management and one in nutrition.
Business
Anna Lewandowska publishes books, e-books, calendars, sells clothes, organizes training sessions. Above all, however, she runs 5 businesses worth tens of millions of zlotys. They all operate within the field of well-being and provide Poles with solutions that facilitate developing good habits and taking care of physical and mental comfort.
- Foods by Ann – a healthy food brand, with over 50 products in the portfolio, such as chocolate spreads, healthy snacks (bars, fruit mousse, porridge) as well as water and drinks. All foods by Ann products can be bought online, as well as in shops, including Rossmann, Empik and Auchan stores.
- Healthy Center by Ann – a diet and training center in Warsaw. Anna employs over a dozen of the best specialists in the field of dietetics, personal and mental training, as well as sports medicine.
- Diet&Training by Ann– the first comprehensive application in Poland which promotes a healthy lifestyle. Anna regularly shares new professional workouts and diets there. The application already has over 3 million users.
- Phlov by Anna Lewandowska – a brand of natural, vegan cosmetics founded by Anna in October 2019. The brand’s offer includes over 30 face and body cosmetics, as well as perfumes. Phlov products have already won 5 prestigious awards and distinctions, including Love Cosmetics Award 2020.
- SuperMenu by Anna Lewandowska – one of the leading dietary catering companies in Poland. It was the first one in Poland to eliminate white sugar, wheat and raw milk from all its diets. They grow organic herbs and vegetables in their own greenhouses; the company delivers diets in 14 variants to nearly 2,500 towns. SuperMenu received the title of the Healthy Brand of the Year 2020.
Social commitment
She has been the president of Special Olympics Poland since 2016. She uses this role to reach as many people as possible and convince them that sport is an ideal space where everyone is welcome. She also sits on the council of the 4F Helps foundation, and is the ambassador of the ‘SKS back to shape’ campaign. Together with her husband Robert, they privately adhere to the ideas of philanthropy and regularly donate to charities.
Private life
Anna has two daughters, Klara (5 years old) and Laura (2 years old). She is the wife of Robert Lewandowski, the best footballer in the world according to the Best FIFA Football Awards 2020 competition.
Lewandowska has a younger brother, Piotr. She grew up without a father. Her mother, Maria Stachurska, has been involved in film making since the mid-1980s. She has worked in screenwriting and directing. Her last documentary, The Midwife, tells the story of Anna’s aunt who was a midwife in the Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camp. The film has won the main prize of the 13th NNW Film Festival in Gdynia.
