Leasing Manager

A Leasing Manager oversees the rental of properties, typically in residential or commercial real estate. They're responsible for marketing properties, negotiating and managing rental contracts, as well as maintaining relationships with tenants. They often work alongside property managers and landlords to make sure properties are rented out to reliable tenants, and that those tenants are happy and issues are addressed promptly. Their role also involves market research to price properties competitively. A career as a Leasing Manager could be placed in a variety of settings, including real estate companies, property management firms or self-employment for private landlords.
