St. Patrick’s Day was a day for the patron saint of Ireland, but as time went on, this became a national celebration filled with parties, food, dancing, fun, green, music, and of course, parades! Parades are the most popular events in the celebration of St. Patrick’s Day.  So to save you the time so you can have more fun, here are some Hudson Valley listings down below:

March 6
Rattle & Hum at Rosendale Theatre
408 Main St, Rosendale. (845) 658-8989.
 7pm.
Rattle and Hum, which combines electrifying concert footage of the group at its pinnacle, as well as offstage footage, is an intimate look at the group behind the scenes as they explore the roots of American music and connect with its pioneers. The screening will commemorate St. Patrick’s Day! 

March 7
Andy Cooney's Irish Celebration w/George Casey and Ciara Fox
1008 Brown St, Peekskill. 7:30pm.
Join us for a fabulous evening of Irish music, song, dance and comedy! It's Andy Cooney and his Irish Cabaret! Andy Cooney will perform his hit recordings and sing for you all of your Irish favorites, The Emerald Fire Irish Dancers will dazzle you, you'll also enjoy Celtic singing sensation Ciara Fox and George Casey will have you bellied over in Irish laughter. It will be an evening filled with the Spirit of the Irish as we warm up for St. Patrick’s Day!

Beacon's St. Patrick's Day Parade of Green

Celebrate St. Patrick's Day in Beacon with family fun and a parade!

March 10
Kingston St. Patrick's Day Parade
151 Plaza Rd, Kingston. 1pm.
Join the people of Kingston in celebrating St. Patrick’s Day! You do not want to miss out on the Hudson Valley’s LARGEST parade! Make sure to check it out!

47th Annual Mid-Hudson St. Patrick's Parade
Parade Route along Main Street, Goshen.  2pm.
We look forward to seeing our community turn out for this annual rite of Spring event honoring the patron saint of the Irish.

Shamrock Run 2024
238 Clinton Avenue, Kingston. 12:50pm.
Get your running sneakers on and join in on the St. Patrick’s Day fun! The Irish Cultural Center of the Hudson Valley will be holding their 36th Annual 2-mile Shamrock Run! The race will start at Academy Green at 12:50pm SHARP and end at the foot of Broadway!

March 16
Saint Patrick's Day parade
Jeffersonville
Come celebrate Irish heritage at our annual Saint Patrick's Day parade in Jeffersonville. Chapel Street Lineup is non-alcoholic area.

March 16
St. Patrick’s Day Movie Matinee: Darby O’Gill & The Little People
Woodstock Public Library District, 5 Library Lane, Woodstock
The Woodstock Library Youth Program will be celebrating with a screening of Darby O’Gill and The Little People (rated G) upstairs. Popcorn will be provided.

March 17
2024 Wallkill St. Patrick's Day Parade
Hamlet of Wallkill. 2pm.
The best small-town parade in the Hudson Valley returns on Sunday, March 17th to the hamlet of Wallkill. Line up begins at 1pm, parade steps off at 2pm.

March 23
11th Annual St. Pat’s Ramble
Village of Montgomery. 1pm.
Please join us for our 11th Annual St. Pat’s Ramble! Parade kicks off at 1pm in the beautiful Village of Montgomery!
