I-84 in Oregon is back open

Boise, ID (CBS2) — --Update--

I-84 is now open in eastern Oregon, after being closed for a few hours due to weather.

The eastbound lanes opened around 11:15 PM overnight. The westbound lanes followed an hour later at 12:15 AM.

Officials are still asking that drivers check tripcheck.com for updates, as conditions can change at any time.

I-84 westbound from Ontario to Baker City and all lanes from Lagrand Grand to Pendleton are closed and OR- 204 is closed from Elgin to Weston due to low visibility due to snow.
