Synopsis[]

The Handler's mission briefing is as follows:

All you need to do is bring the briefcase and a sealed document to the head of that office. Nice and simple.

Upon pressing the start button, a sleep gas grenade is slipped into the carrier and causes Agent Phoenix to go unconscious for some time. The Handler's response to this is as follows:

Agent, what is happening? Agent... AGENT!

The mission opens up to the tutorial room, or "Agency HQ". The player's objective is to escape the tutorial room.

Walkthrough[]

Take either the knife, fork, giant spoon, or toothbrush and open the locked drawer to your right. Inside is a lighter, notebook, drill, and drill component. Take the lighter and light the EOD logo on fire. You can sit through Juniper's monologue, or alternatively wave something in his face or clap the clapperboard to skip the monologue. Once the rock is thrown and destroyed for the rocket launcher, grab an unimportant object (like the plate) and wave it around the rocket launcher so that it launches one at itself. Then grab the yellow battery from the broken rocket launcher and put it on the bottom of the drill. Attach the drill extension to the drill and use it against the similarly shaped arm connector on the laser camera. Alternatively, before destroying the rocket launcher, you can also destroy the camera with it by again waving an object around the camera. Either way, the laser component from the camera will fall on the floor next to you. Attach it to the drill and aim it at the mirror inside the trailer. Change the movie set backdrop to the Zoraxis logo and tilt the far right mirror so the laser reflects onto the logo. This will enable the Handler to talk to you again. Now take the drill laser and fire it right next to where the rocket launcher once was, where a camera and tour box are. Behind them is a water tower with the Juniper logo on it. Aim the laser at the water tower until it turns red. Hold it here until Handler responds. This ends your mission.

Ways to Die[]

Stab yourself with a fork or knife. (Don't do that on purpose.)
Fail to blow up the laser camera or turret and blow yourself up instead.
Reflect (or point) a laser at your face.

Debriefing[]

The Handler's debriefing is as follows:

Juniper's got some nerve thinking he could impersonate me. You're lucky my tracking skills are still up to snuff! The bad news is; he's got that briefcase, and our window to stop him is rapidly closing.

Trivia[]

The date on the clapperboard says that the day of the mission is "August 22nd", implying that the events of I Expect You To Die 2 take place over the 6-day week of August 17-22.
