AUSH- afghan noodle soup -there are SO many ways/versions i love to make aush + have shared a few in the past. this labne base version is probably in my top 3 for sure! HERE IS ALL YOU HAVE TO DO• GROUND BEEF: • -to a pan add some oil + 1lb ground beef • -add in 1 TBSP minced garlic/garlic paste • + your SPICES: 1 TBSP onion powder, 1 TBSP ground coriander, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp turmeric -mix. Break down the ground beef as much as you can. Once it’s fully browned- it’s ready. set it aside. LABNE MIX: combine -16oz labne, juice of one lemon, + one cup water. Whisk until smooth.
