Sarah Robertson on Instagram: "What to do with a few extra inches of base cabinetry? Narrow pull out to the rescue!! I like to call these the Fab Four because we have four favorites…spices, oils, utensils and cutting boards. But then we introduced the water bottle holder and messed up everything…so now it’s the fab five. If you had a few extra inches which one would you add to your kitchen? The oils in my kitchen is my favorite and it’s just 7” wide…and holds about 40 bottles. Of oils. I know what you were thinking there. 😜"

Pictures and Videos of all electrical, plumbing and studs before insulation and drywall - $0 2. Interior Installation - Our entire house insulation cost was $11,000 for all walls, ceiling and floors. Not having insulation for a couple/few walls would have made the cost go down only by a $1K-2K. 3. Caulk all gaps between the walls and installed floors - $0 4. Add niches with integrated lights to add character - $200-$400/niche 5. Hot water hose bib on one of the exterior walls - $0 6. Install additional electrical outlet - $125-$150 7.
