IAS Data Privacy FAQs ›

Privacy laws can be confusing, and you may have a few questions about where IAS fits in. IAS complies with all applicable data privacy laws but the two major privacy laws currently drawing the most interest are Europe’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). The materials included in this section explains how IAS complies with these laws to allow your business to be confident in your compliance when using IAS services/products. As the data privacy legal and regulatory landscape continues to evolve, IAS will stay informed and aware of new developments to ensure our privacy practices evolve as well.

Data Processing Terms & Conditions ›
