Summer at King's

Summer programmes to educate and inspire Offering dynamic and creative curricula, our priority is an outstanding student experience www.kcl.ac.uk/summer

Summer Schools Education Abroad Industry Visits World Class Teaching King’s College London is actively engaged with universities around the world, working together as partners to offer students creative and enriching summer experiences in the heart of London. Drawing on our prestigious teaching expertise, we offer the following opportunities to partners:

Summer School Partner: This offers universities a tuition fee reduction, application fee waiver and priority placement on the Summer School. A Partner Visit Scheme is also available, which provides an accommodation and meal bursary and networking opportunities for staff accompanying student groups. Education Abroad courses in Cultural Intelligence: Designed for students from partner institutions, these summer programmes are immersive experiences about London, one of the world’s great cities. Using cultural excursions and activities beyond the classroom, they teach students how this city shapes the lives of its citizens through its institutions and power structures. English language instruction can also form part of the programme if required. Custom-built programmes: We can build bespoke summer courses for your students as part of a faculty-led programme or as a standalone summer experience using research-enriched teaching expertise from King's. We can help your institution shape summer options that are tailored to specific learning objectives, English language levels and subject areas of interest.

We work with leading global institutions as accelerators of learning Our summer students have been learning with: the BBC; British Film Institute; British Museum; Chatham House; Churchill War Rooms; European Banking Authority; Imperial War Museum; Museum of London; Royal Courts of Justice; Royal United Services Institute; Shakespeare's Globe Tate Modern; The Houses of Parliament; The National Archives; UK Cabinet Office; Unilever R&D; and UNHCR
