CULTUS LAKE RV

Welcome to Cultus Lake RV Campground

The following rules are set in place for the safety of all our Members and Guests. Office/Ranger Station Phone Number: (604) 858-3932 • Emergencies: 911

Available Camp Sites: RV and tent parking is allowed at all sites with the exception of those labelled “Annual Site.” Annual sites, even if empty, are not available for use.

Camp Sites Must be Occupied Each Night: If an RV is found to be unoccupied overnight, an Unattended Fee of $32.00 will be charged to your membership. If there is an emergency necessitating a night or two out of the park, contact the Ranger Station with your name and site number to be recorded in the log and you will not be charged.

Campfires: The fire must be fully contained within the provided fire grate, and, not be higher and wider than 19”. Campfires must be attended by an adult 18 years or older at all times. Please extinguish your fire to be totally out before retiring for the night. Firewood is available for purchase at the Ranger Station up to 10:00 PM.

Checkout Time: Checkout time is 11:00 AM for all sites and rentals.

Hook-ups: All hook-ups must be in good condition with no leaks on water or sewer connections. Electrical connection must be free of repairs or gaps in insulation. Only proper rated extension cords are allowed. Use of power surge protectors is strongly recommended. Slanting sewer hose supports are now required.

Laundry Facilities: The laundry room, located in the Family Centre, is open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily.

Maintenance: Please report any Resort maintenance issues to the Ranger Station, Country Store or preserve staff as soon as possible. This will help us prioritize necessary repairs or cleaning to keep the preserve safe and comfortable. Please avoid dropping anything in the sewer opening as this creates sewer issues.

Natural Beauty: There are to be no tarps, clotheslines, ropes, etc., allowed to be tied to the trees, bushes, fences or any facilities of the park.

Neat and Orderly: Please keep your campsite neat and orderly at all times.

Number of People per Site: No more than 10 people are allowed to occupy a campsite.

Parking: All vehicles, including recreational, trailers, and tow dollies, are limited to your campsite. Each campsite is allowed 2 vehicles, in addition to a motorhome or tent, if space allows. The 5th wheel tow vehicle is considered 1 of the 2 vehicles allowed. There is a parking lot outside the campground where additional vehicles may be parked. Use of another campsite is prohibited.

Safety Helmets: Safety helmets are required for young members and guests under the age of 18, while riding bikes, skates, and skateboards. Riding bicycles after dark is strongly discouraged. Rangers may ask that you return to your site.

Pets: We are a pet friendly campground. However, the following rules must be applied at all times. All pets must be leashed and be under control at all times. Owners are expected to pick up immediately after their pet and not allow their pets to be a barking or aggressive annoyance. Pets, regardless of size, are prohibited from all public buildings and the pool areas (except service animals).

Pet Waste Stations: Conveniently located throughout the park for your use.

Quiet Hours – 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM: During these hours, members and guests must refrain from making any loud noises or creating disturbances that might interfere with a fellow member’s rest. Music, boisterous activities, bright lights or the operation of generators or other power equipment are included under this guideline.

Saving Campsites: Saving campsites for family or friends is prohibited. All sites (not including Annual Sites) are first come first serve. If you would like to change campsites, please see a ranger at 8:00 AM on the day you want to move, to authorize and register your request. First come, first serve.

Site Form: Everyone staying one or more nights is required to fill out and turn in the Site Form (part of the check-in packet), to the Ranger Station within two hours of checking in.

Speed Limit: 8 KPH (5 MPH) in the preserve — this applies to all vehicles, including bicycles.

Swimming Pool: An adult, 18 years old or older must supervise kids under the age of 12 at all times.

Glass beverage containers are not allowed in the pool area.

Trash Disposal: Receptacles are provided at the back of the preserve in the RV storage lot for your use. Please ensure trash is not left out at any time, to prevent attracting wildlife. When you depart the park, DO NOT leave your trash behind. Take it to the back bins, or take it with you.

Vehicle Entry Hang Tags: Please display these for entry back into the campground. If a ranger is not present or is busy, please manually enter your gate code into the gate box for access. The code is written on the hang tag. Hang tags must be visible on the vehicle at all times while within the campground.

Visitors: There is a $10.00 charge for each car of visitors (except for Annual Sites), and they must be registered on your Site Form prior to coming into the park. Free guest parking is available at the entry parking lot.

Walking Safety: Use flashlights when walking during evening or twilight hours. The ground is very uneven.

Walking Through Campsites: Be respectful of other campers, and do not cut between or through campsites. Please let any kids in your party know this rule as well.
