DESCRIPTION

Limpianto RS100M450-800 un regolatore elettronico

controllato a MICROPROCESSORE. Dispone anche
di LED di diagnostica e come opzione della funzione di
autofrenatura.

The RS 100M450-800 motor controller is a

MICROPROCESSOR based electronic controller. The
equipment has also a diagnostic LED feature and as an
optional the auto plugging.

sono 6. E previsto anche un
LED rosso di diagnostica in
grado di segnalare in modo
codificato il tipo di guasto del
regolatore (si veda il paragrafo Ricerca guasti)

The PCC3 control logic with

microprocessor allows sensitive
adjustments to give the best performance for each application. Six
adjustments are provided and on
the front panel there is a red LED to
signal the type of failure during
operation (see chapter 6.0 for
reference).

DESCRIZIONE AUTOFRENATURA

Self Plug Brake function description

Il sistema di autofrenatura permette, tramite lutilizzo di

apposito teleruttore di frenatura, di creare un effetto di
freno motore al rilascio dellacceleratore. Questa azione avviene senza recupero di energia in batteria.
Leffetto frenante dosabile mediante un trimmer. La
coppia di frenatura varier comunque con la velocit del
motore, tendendo a diminuire alle basse velocit.
Il sistema stato studiato per garantire la massima
sicurezza di funzionamento ed intrinsecamente esente da possibilit di perdita di controllo.
Per ottenere un raccordo dolce, linizio frenatura avviene con una rampa correlata alla taratura dellaccelerazione trazione.
Il tempo di durata dellautofrenatura pari al tempo
impostato con il trimmer idroguida (il timer idroguida
inizia a decorrere dal termine dellautofrenatura), e non
dipende dal tempo reale di frenata.
Allo scadere del tempo tutti i teleruttori vengono aperti
ed il chopper resta in stand-by.

The Self Plug Brake function (SPB) permits motor

braking action during the pedal release; this function is
obtained with only one dedicated contactor. The SPB
function will not recharge batteries during the braking
action.
The SPB action can be customised by a trimmer. The
braking torque varies with the motor speed and is less
at effective low speed. The system is designed in order
to guarantee the maximum safety and it is intrinsically
impossible to loose control while operating.
The degree of braking is proportional to the accelerator
operating position (i.e. max. braking with max
depression). The duration of the SPB phase is equal to
the pre-set time delay of the power steer trimmer. The
power steer time delay starts at the end of the SPB
phase. The SPB action isnt correlated to the actual
braking time.
Once the action has ended all contactors are opened
and the controller is in a stand-by mode.

Se viene azionato lacceleratore durante lautofrenatura

il chopper torna immediatamente in trazione. Per il
pilotaggio bobina del teleruttore di autofrenata viene
utilizzata una delle tre uscite disponibili come spiegato
nel cap. FUNZIONE AUTOFRENATURA. Il teleruttore
di frenatura soggetto alla corrente di armatura in
frenata, quindi da dimensionare come i teleruttori di
marcia.
Il teleruttore di frenata gestito completamente dalla
scheda controllo e non richiede modifiche particolari al
cablaggio ausiliario standard.

If the accelerator pedal is pressed during the SPB

action the chopper goes immediately in traction mode.
There are three available exits that can be used to drive
the self plug contactor coil (see chapter SELF PLUG
BRAKE FUNCTION). The SPB contactor should be
rated as the traction contactors because it carries the
motor current.
The SPB contactor is operated completely by the PCC3
board and doesnt require specific auxiliary wiring.

Il circuito di potenza differisce da quello standard

monomotore (si veda lo schema elettrico).
E necessario ricordare che lenergia cinetica del carrello viene dissipata nel rotore del motore (come nel
plugging), quindi specialmente nel caso di utilizzo Start
- Stop o di lunghe discese si verificher un riscaldamento supplementare del motore.
Nel caso di motori dimensionati scarsamente si sconsiglia lautofrenatura.

The power circuit is different from the standard single

motor scheme (see electrical connections).
Its important to notice that the kinetic energy of the
vehicle is consumed in the motor (as during normal
plugging) and therefore during start-stop speed or long
descending operations there will be an additional temperature increase in the motor.

2) Carrelli bimotore (richiede due teleruttori di
autofrenatura).
3) Motori oltre i 12 kwatt: consultare la fabbrica, richiede in filtraggio supplementare.

3) For motors with rated power more than 12 kWatt
please consult Reghel as they require an extra
filtering circuit,

INDEB 4,IDROGUIDA 8)

RICERCA GUASTI

TROUBLE SHOOTING

La ricerca dei guasti avvenuti sullimpianto SCR, sulla

scheda PCC3 e sullimpianto esterno (motori, cavi,
batterie, etc.) estremamente semplificata dallutilizzo
del MICROPROCESSORE.

The trouble shooting analysis on SCR power board,

PCC3 board, external equipment (D.C. motor, battery,
cables, etc.) is extremely simplified by the
MICROPROCESSOR.
The microprocessor monitors all the working parameters
and the insulation level among the electrically isolated
parts (e.g.: + pole with ground plate) at each internal
clock.
If this test is correct on all parts the microprocessor
gives the appropriate signal to the SCR and power is
transmitted by the equipment.
If faults occurs then the microprocessor halts every
operation and signal with a coded flashing on the led the
kind of failure sensed.

Il MICROPROCESSORE esegue ad ogni ciclo di clock

un controllo di tutti i parametri di funzionamento e del
livello di isolamento delle parti elettricamente separate
(es. polo positivo con la massa).
Se il test superato per tutti i controlli, il MICROPROCESSORE abilita il pilotaggio degli SCR e lerogazione
di potenza ai motori.
Se una qualsiasi situazione di allarme diagnosticata,
il MICROPROCESSORE interrompe il funzionamento
regolare ed indica con un lampeggio codificato il tipo di
anomalia diagnosticata.
