Technically they haven't changed. There's another thread on here about it. The mega Critter Caboose is the same diaper as the old Critter Caboose but they now use a different method of testing. This drives up the capacity numbers from 8000 mL to 11000 mL.
Now if you mean you haven't tried them at all yet then they're actually pretty nice. The prints are cute, the elastics are super stretchy, and they fit snug. They are very soft and the plastic has a nice feel to it. The diapers are fairly thick when dry but they swell up like a balloon when wet, which is actually quite entertaining. Oh and there are also pandas on them, which you'll probably like!
Some of the other Rearz diapers have received capacity upgrades, like Dinosaur and Safari. They now have about the same swell as the Critter Caboose, but they feel the same as they did before the upgrade when dry.

I think the name and design are just the cutest thing. Sorry it is off topic, but "caboose" and diaper on the butt is cute!

The tapes are really great but I like how wide it is between your legs. You really get a little waddle walk in them, compared to say ABU diapers.

Have you tried Tykables Overnights? I really like the waddle on those, can't wait to see which waddles the most haha maybe I'll double diaper them both!

I have not tried those yet, but have looked into them. Give us an update on here when they come in. I would like to know the difference.

Critter Caboose is probably the best plastic-backed, sticky-tape diaper I've tried. My SO likes them because of the Koala on the rear; they make me waddle a bit, and the fit is very good. As Rearz claims, absorbency is first-class as well.
I'm planning to order another case. Here's hoping you enjoy yours!

Critter Caboose are the best diapees I´ve ever tried! They´re ultra thick even when dry and they hold forever without leaks; they just keep swelling and swelling whilst remaining utterly soft and comfy. Also they´re incredibly cute and for me it´s almost impossible to stop looking at the adorable baby koala printed on my tushie (M size).
You´re simply going to love these diapees!

Technically all 3 animals are on the front no matter what size you have. I take medium and I think the koala is super cute! The elephant and panda are nice too! I'm pretty sure they're called Critter Caboose because there's a critter on the caboose! Oh and don't worry they're plenty thick when they get wet! If you try these and enjoy them, all of the "mega" diapers have a similar swell to them, but a different feel and design.

My diapers came in and they are definitely awesome, but........ I do believe Tykables still win on waddling!
Here is my quick comparison review.
Rearz: Extremely comfortable and the tapes are a lot more durable than Tykables.
Tykables: Their waddle is a lot thicker than Rearz, but loses some comfort due to this. Their tapes are great for refastening, but Rearz tapes are amazing for stickiness.
Overall, I like to wear for fun, rather than the comfort or use....... and my living situation doesn't necessarily allow me to be stinky all day hahahaha but can a human actually pee 13 liters before the diaper needs changed to avoid a rash? lol
Tykables is still the winner in my book! Though, don't worry Rearz, I still purchased 36 of these diapers..... mainly because of Panda cuteness!

If you're not into using them, try pouring warm water down the front and back. It's worth experiencing how much they swell lol. You'll definitely waddle as you won't be able to close your legs! Also, if you're worried about smell just drink plenty of water. You'll be wetting all evening and you won't smell if your pee is almost clear.

I took it as a personal challenge but I haven´t been able to reach their full capacity yet. I´ll keep trying though.

I've gotten pretty close to capacity on the Critter Caboose and Mega Safari. The capacity is overrated. If you don't want the liquid to squeeze out as soon as you sit down, you're probably gonna get less than 4L in there. I put one on in the evening before, and sipped on lots of water throughout the night. I didn't change until almost noon the next day. My skin still didn't feel wet but the diaper was pretty full and really swollen. I weighed it and I had over 3L of liquid in there!

Yeah I would really hop no one here would think that 13 liters of pee would fit without leaks. The rothwell method of diaper ratings is stupid. Basically weigh a diaper dry then dunk in in a pool of water until it is done swelling and claim what ever it weighs after the test is what it is able to absorb. I like the wat realworld incontinence use to test them. I wish they would make some more videos. Also water absorbs at a different rate than urine do to PH and the salt content and other things beyond my understanding. but a diaper will hold more water than pee and dunking them in a tub of water is nothing like real world use. Much of the use you get out of a diaper depends on the position you are in when you wet and how well they fit your body. I have not ever used these but I do love the InControl inspire mega plus. I am told it is the same as a safari but all white as I do not wear diaper prints.
