Ooh. So first thing first, we're going to make the sauce. Six tablespoon of soy sauce. Boom. Pop. Pop. Just like that. And two tablespoon of sugar. Boom. And a tablespoon of sesame oil. Alright, so now we're going to give this a nice little mix. Make sure the sugar melts. Alright, so this is the base of the sauce. Now, we're going to step it up a notch. Grab yourself a blender and we're going to chop up some onions and some pear. So, we're just roughly chopping up the onion. Boom. Alright so there goes one third cup of onion. This is the secret right here. Three in pair. This is going to change everything up. I guess that's one third, right? Isn't that a little bit too much than one third? What do you mean? That's one third, right? Now it is. Alright, so while I'm here, I'm going to actually also chop up some onions and scallion that we're going to use at the end of the cooking, okay? So, give it a take about 50 grams of onion just like that and about one or two scallions. Scallion gives a nice little color to your too. Alright now we're going to put this set aside. Now you're going to grab your blender. 1third cup of onion. One/ 3 cup of Korean pear. One/ 3 cup of water. And half a tablespoon of garlic. Alright now we're going to mix this on up. Let's go. Look at that. Alright, so now we're going to add that together and in this right here, we're going to add three tablespoon of mirin or some sake, half a tablespoon of oyster sauce, and some black pepper. Whoo. And that's it so now the sauce is ready we're going to throw in our meat I use ribeye roll when you cut up your meat you want it to be thinly sliced and today I grab this at H Mar and this definitely work but if I were to be honest with you even when we make Korean barbecue or at a restaurant I like it even little thinner than this because you want the meat to like almost melt in your mouth I don't want it to be too you know when you eat you know you're not like tough we don't want the meat to be tough that's what I mean so yeah use thinly sliced meat 300 gram of meat. You see what I mean? This is thinly sliced. You can see through the glove almost. Here it goes in the marinade. Whoo. Oh and give that a nice little mix and you see how it's nice and red. Once it really marinate, it's going to change color. It's going to be more like brown. Whoo. Look at that. That smells amazing. That's all ready to go. Give that a wrap and then put it in your fridge and we're going to come right back to it. Alright, so it's been about 30 minutes. Uh now, we're going to cut the remember the meat was like super red. It was like this color but once it marinated, this is the color change to. It'll absorbed all that in 30 minutes. Yeah. I mean twenty-four hours more preferably. So marinated is ready to go. Alright splash of oil. Let's go. When you make pregal ghee you don't want to cook it on super high heat. You want to go like medium to low heat and slowly cook. So when you feel like the meat is about like 70 80 percent done. That's when we're going to throw our onion and our scallion. Boom. About a tablespoon of sesame seed. Alright so our pregal ghee is done. Instead of just making this about pregal ghee I'm going to make it a little some party. So here I got me some lettuce, some jung, pepper, and the if you have this you could throw a little Korean barbecue party with your friends alright? Alright moment of truth let's go. Hmm. So look. Boom. Got the the lettuce and the getting it. Throw that cookie there. No I I gotta double up. I'm a cookie guy. Gonna throw in my rice. Boom. Some pepper. Let's go. That's it. When you guys are eating some, I see a lot of people biting it. This is not taco. You literally is one bite all the way, okay? Mm. Alright. So, thank you guys for watching. Hope you guys enjoy this and make this recipe. I'm telling you.

Best of all, it only requires supermarket ingredients, a lot of which I predict you’ll already have in your pantry. It’s one of the many delicious dinners you’ll find in my cookbook Comfy, which is still discounted on Amazon! If you haven’t already go and grab a copy through the link in my profile. I’m confident you’ll love it! For those who already have the book, I’ll see you on page 156 😁 Chris xx"
