Trying out two different techniques for making plates, which are a form I’ve not made tons of. Using a rolling pin on the wheel is pretty fun! I’m hoping that it doesn’t make a difference to how likely the plate is to warp or crack. I throw on a @hartleyandnoble batt system and I don’t wire the plate off after throwing - I leave it on the batt tile until it is leatherhard and pops off by itself.
