 GARY GOWER

Reserve team manager Gary Gower has resigned, the club would like to thank Gary for all that he has done for the side in the last couple of years and wishes him well for the future.

Chairman Mr Andy Spice paid tribute to Gary following seven years loyal service to the Bourne Park club.

Gary has been involved with our club for seven years, first with Sittingbourne Lions and then as reserve team manager".

The unpaid role of Sittingbourne reserve team manager is not an easy task, as in our quest to achieve and witness success for the first team, the reserve team is often overlooked.

I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank Gary and his wife, who despite the fact that they must at times have felt unacknowledged and unappreciated, gave their time so wholeheartedly.

I know that this decision did not come easily and I sincerely hope that having given part of his life to the club, he will not become a stranger at Bourne Park. Gary, you will always be welcome as my guest.
