Friends and family can add money to an inmate’s commissary account online. The county jail uses a third party provider website called CareACell. An account must be made. The website accepts credit and debit cards. The other way to add money to an inmate’s account is by dropping off money at the jail. Funds for inmates can be dropped off between the hours of 7 am and 3 pm, Monday through Friday. No money will be taken at any other time. After hours, money can be added to inmate accounts through the kiosks in the lobby of the detention center.
