About Me.

I spent over 20 years in human resources leadership at high tech, software companies (from start-ups to Fortune 500's),  developing  organizations and teams. I left corporate work to become a coach and change lives for the better.

As I coach, I improve people's lives providing awareness, skills and strategies to live with less stress and and more joy.

I live in San Francisco with my two dogs, Jax and Josie. I am an aspiring cook and gardener and finds strength being active everyday.

Merry Beth Ward, Marketing Consultant

"Your support has made me think through things in a way I didn't imagine before. It's led me to be more confident, more focused, and more at ease with myself. Thank you for spending an hour with me a couple of times each month to help me get to where I am today. I'm in a place that I could've only hoped to be at this time last year and though I know I still have work to do."

Theresa Goheen, Health Care Consultant

"I was coached by Kim while going through coach training. She was a combination of mentor/coach. Her genuine care and thoughtfulness was always evident. She was able to get me to shift my mindset when I was feeling overwhelmed or stuck by asking thought provoking questions. With her extensive background in HR coupled with her coach training she offers a resourceful and thought provoking approach to getting her clients to have the confidence to break through barriers."
