Elevation of Exchange admin privilege how to disable

Hello,
I accidentally enabled all users in the organization to have Exchange administrative privilege.
they received the following message:

the problem arose after using the following command on powershell:

Connect-ExchangeOnline -UserPrincipalName [email protected] DelegatedOrganization organization.onmicrosoft.com

    That just connects to Exchange Online, it doesnt give users admin access to Exchange itself.
