I could watch endless My Girl movies, I wish they’d made more of these, Vada is such a wonderful character. This is a worthy sequel and follow-up, it captures that whimsical vibe of the first really nicely but also manages to be a bit more mature at the same time. I love that these films are sentimental but not schmaltzy, that golden 90s film magic at play.
