  Did you know they’re BRITISH? Just in case you didn’t know they were BRITISH from their BRITISH accents and the fact that the movie starts in BRITAIN, they mention tea, David Beckham, the Revolutionary War, rain, Buckingham Palace, and The Queen all in a span of 90 minutes to remind you that they’re BRITISH. You know, if you forgot. That they’re BRITISH. 
  Bonus points for nostalgia and a script that genuinely buys into the idea of power dynamics and discrimination on the basis of hair color. It’s endearing. Also shoutout to Brittany Curran for COMMITTING to this thing. She didn’t have to say “bottle-blonde bimbos” with such intensity but she did and she did it so ten-year-old me could have someone to hate. Respect.

  Flip and wave
  the trampoline scene
  switched mints without using hands as a euphemism for kiss
  Elle Woods being their cousin
  That not having that much to do with the plot
  The uniform alterations that was a cultural reset
  The banana peel in Annie's briefcase
  The zoom in on the dad's apron
  The phrase "Triple Zero Key"
  The guy who can't stand pen clicking or pencil sharpener sounds
  The fact that the entire school clicked their pens to stress him out in order to get him to confess....that was fucked up
