i turned this on solely for shannon elizabeth and even she couldn't make this movie watchable
Not even sure what to say about this except it's the last movie I'm going to watch in February 2023.
A lady has a kid with a crappy ex she has a restraining order against, but she'd got her life together with a good job and a new boyfriend. And really, they spend more time with that then I liked because it was so obvious it was creepy office dude coming off WAY too strong. Like bro, back off seriously.
And then in the 3rd act we get some supernatural mumbo jumbo that's taken way too seriously.
It weird because I liked this way less than the non-supernatural Lifetime movies. They just cannot make a coherent supernatural plot, it seems. Also, this was so bottom of the barrel for Tubi that there was only one ad break lol
Daily Horror Hunt #56 - A Lifetime Murder/ Mystery
This movie was so corny, I thought I was walking through a cornfield while watching it. So much corn. And not the fresh, nice corn, either. I mean the wilted, brown, been in the sun too long corn that you just throw away.
The acting was stilted, the couple played that kind of perfect-no flaws-unrealistic couple, and the love scenes made me roll my eyes with the humping and that kind of corny smooth jazz sex scene music. Ugh.
And the lackluster special effects make Syfy movie special effects look like they cost millions of dollars to create.
So this is what you get with a low budget Lifetime or Lifetime-esque film, so you gotta take what you're given. But it's still corny.

I mean, I knew this was going to be low-budget trash going in so I guess I can't say I'm *too* disappointed...if anything, the supernatural turn this randomly takes in the third act is unintentionally hilarious, especially considering how seriously it's played. But yeah...what a load of rubbish.

Absolutely fudging awful. Just terrible. I feel nothing anymore, thanks to this movie.

If you ever wondered what happened to Shannon Elizabeth’s career, just watch this Lifetime movie! It’s a real stinker.
There’s is a lot of wooden acting, unusually greasy hair, a whole lot of baby talk pouting, a stalker, a poltergeist, a crap psychic, and some of the worst most boring sex scenes ever.
I’m only giving it 1/2 a star because I did LOL a few times at how awful it was. But it also took me two days to watch it all the way through.
I enjoyed this write up til he kept coming bk if ghost were really that believable i think we would all believe
