Voc’s, Solid Content And Bona Products

You are never suppose to put water based paint on top of oil based. I have never seen General Finishes in a store here in Birmingham, but I would like to try it. You are so admirably diligent in your efforts! I would have probably set the table varathane vs minwax stain on fire out in the front yard, and found another one, but that’s just me.
