The Environmental Career Worker Training Program (ECWTP) List was established to provide a series of national pilot programs to test a range of strategies for the recruitment and training of individuals, who live near hazardous waste sites or in a community at risk of exposure to contaminated properties, for work in the environmental field. The ECWTP List is an information system to share and exchange information among those interested in Environmental Career Worker Training issues as well as Brownfields Worker Training issues.
