Leila (LilyOfTheWest) is hoping to see more participation to Wiki Loves
Monuments in Africa this year. In the international team, they are eager
to work with countries in Africa who may be interested to participate in
WLM this year. One of the challenges they have is that they don't know
much about possible active groups/individuals in Africa.
So far, they say they have Algeria, Ghana, Nigeria, Egypt, and Tunisia
in. Morocco is also probably in. Any other country in Africa interested ?
If so, please contact her at lilyofthewest.wikimedia """"@""""" gmail.com

Dear all,
I am deeply sad to inform you that Kelvin Gorman, a Wikipedian who and the
first Wikipedian-in-residence at a US university/college, has passed
away.
There is a memorial page on Facebook, and Wikipedians are leaving
condolences on his English Wikipedia talk page.

Bonjour
https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Projet:Wikipack_Africa)
consistants
Mais j'aurais besoin de votre aide
* pour améliorer cette page
quels autres projets incontournables ajouter ?
ajouter ?)
* pour faire de la relecture (synthaxe etc.)
* y a t-il d'autres éléments qu'il vous semblerait intéressant d'ajouter ?

Merci d'avance

Dear all,
A discussion page
<https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Talk:WikiIndaba_conference_2016/Program>
has been created under the program session for the WikiIndaba Conference to
allow us to collectively create a suitable for the conference.
The page has been broken into two sections "New projects people wish to
learn" and "Topics of interest". The first section have been appraised as
important and crucial topics/projects to be discussed or learnt at the
conference.
The second section includes a list of topics that will build capacity for
participants. We however wish to involve the community to prioritize, add
more or select those that befit the conference. More ideas on topics are
welcome and your contributions here will be useful for a successful
conference.
Warmest regards
Raphael

Funds are available to support individuals, groups and organizations to

Put it into the IdeaLab, where volunteers and staff can give you advice and
guidance on how to bring it to life. <

it can be easily migrated into a grant request.
