Gilbert (AG126)
Gilbert (Japanese: ゲンキ Genki) is a character of the day who appeared in Saved by the Beldum. He is a Pokémon Trainer who competed in the preliminary rounds of the Ever Grande Conference.
Gilbert went up against Ash during the preliminary rounds. Using his Hitmonlee, he was determined to defeat Ash's Pikachu. However, Pikachu's speed caused his Pokémon's High Jump Kicks to miss and injure his leg. He was able to gain a slight advantage when Hitmonlee used Mega Kick on Pikachu, but the Fighting-type Pokémon ended up losing the battle. With that loss, Gilbert was out of the tournament.
