Petaya Berry
A Petaya Berry (Japanese: ヤタピのみYatapi Fruit) is a type of Berry introduced in Generation III.
A Petaya Berry raises the holder's Special Attack by one stage when the holder's HP drop to ¼ or below. If the holder has Gluttony, then it eats its Petaya Berry when its HP drops to ½ or below. If the holder has Ripen, then its Special Attack rises by two stages.
Petaya Berries have a base Berry Powder of 500 and a difficulty of 180. With two players, this Berry will contribute 1000 units of Berry Powder at 100% silkiness.
When used alone, Petaya Berries will produce Poffins with Spiciness 28, Bitterness 18 and smoothness 39 when cooked in 1 minute with no spills or burns.
A Petaya plant will yield 1-5 Berries. A growing Petaya plant's soil dries by 4% every hour, fully drying out in 25 hours.
