- Synopsis
- Juno Macguff is 16 and according to the adults that surround her, she is too smart for her own good. And yes, she is certainly witty, cultured, sharp in her responses, sarcastic. That sarcasm is her own trench where to hide her fears and doubts. Her relationship with a classmate Bleeker has just borne fruit: she is pregnant. He has little, if any, interest in the matter. Juno is alone with her problem, but she has made up her mind: she is having the baby and giving it away in adoption. Her father and stepmother agree. Now they have to find suitable foster parents. Mark and Vanessa are ideal. But Mark has too much in common with Juno, too many common interests and an understanding at first sight...
