I stand, you stand, we all stand, for I...wait, that’s not right.

Kneel, wastrel, and pay respects at the Shrine to the Sacred Popsicle
By MCLegoboy in United States,
I got this for Christmas in a stocking one year. First Friends set ever. Didn't turn me into a huge fan, but it got me a few parts I wouldn't have otherwise.

Or, by decree of the Blood Emperor Penguin, you shall be executed.

Those brown wagon wheels seem out of place.

That popsicle seems a bit radioactive. Now I wonder if Heartlake City actually is set near Three Mile Island?

Hey, I haven't used that joke since a time very close to after the advents.

But wait, it says ‘Ice Cream Stand,’ not ‘Ice Cream Kneel.’ I’m getting mixed signals!

I love that Dreadflipper the Blood Emperor Penguin became it's own meme.

STAAAAAAAAAND!
What? It clearly says “I Scream Stand”?
By watcher21 in Netherlands,
Very rare an Ice cream selling set with no $100 bills present.
By CliveyB in United Kingdom,
A nice little set. My daughter Emma loved Emma the minidoll, and had lots of this little polybag set in particular. I still have a MISB one, just for her memory box, for when she's much older.
By Lego_lord in Turkey,
Funny story, my cousins 12 year old daughter grew out of Lego. So she gave her Legos to me. Happy day, this was one of the sets.
By Binnekamp in Netherlands,
That's quite an elaborate display stand. It looks more like a shrine! Or a wheelchair-esque aparatus for a sentient ice cream popsicle.
But oh no! Emma has betrayed the popsicle with an ice cream cone! Will the popsicle get its favourite customer back? Or will it be left to melt in the sun?

@Harmonious_Building: I forgot to mention it in my last comment, but props for using the word "wastrel." That's a word that doesn't see nearly enough use.
@NotProfessorWhymzi: Also, props for that reference, I've never really had any interest in reading or watching JJBA, but it's still an anime reference.
By ambr in United Kingdom,
I don't think the Popsicle will stand very long on a summers day. A tricycle with an ice box would be more practical than a castle wagon.

One of the first Friends sets I got.
I can't remember if it was a freebie set or if I bought it somewhere.
Possibly the first Emma I got.
That's all I can say really. Not the most exciting set but I good way of getting all the minidolls.

Santa's elves, Rivendell's elves, the Elves-franchise, Dreadflipper does not care. Bring unto him a pointy ear, and you shall see another year.
By ResIpsaLoquitur in United States,
Seriously, though, one of the beauties of the early Friends line was that you could get all the main characters in various polybags at some point. (Including one overpriced polybag that was just a Stephanie and nothing else.)

Clearly it’s positioned in an attempt to achieve spontaneous sublimation.

It's worse than I thought, then. Judging from the lack of laws of physics in Springfield, the ice cream isn't just radioactive, it's ALIVE, and probably plotting humanity's doom too. Maybe it's in league with Dreadflipper the Blood Emperor Penguin?
By B_Space_Man in United States,
That popsicle actually houses an Infinity Stone, but she doesn’t know it yet.

Radioactive just so happens to be the favorite flavor both in Heartlake and in Minifig cities, it would seem.

Timmy the Minifig: 'Should I get a scoop of 'Chernobyl Chew' on a cone or a 'Three Mile Sundae'? OH! I know, I'll take a 'Fukushima Surprise' bar please!"
By Ridgeheart in Netherlands,
Oh, that this isn't for sale. This is a display-piece, to show the generations that follow what they'll be missing - trans-neon green.
Look, but don't touch. Touch, but don't feel. Feel, but only feel your flesh peel away from your hands, because that thing is indeed catastrophically radioactive.
So long, Timmy.
