Custom Lapping
Madison Chemical custom manufactures lapping slurries for many other industries including piston rings, valves, bearings, and seals. Our slurries allow you to know the operation is under control and your operators have technical service personnel to back them up who knows what they are doing!
Flat Lapping
Madison slurries and our vehicles go together on the lapping tables to provide only what you need to lap. There is no constant mixing and much less waste. Cycle times are normally reduced and your lapping process will become more efficient.
Gear Lapping
Madison abrasive slurries for the gear industry are superior by remaining in suspension longer than the competition resulting in a faster, more efficient lapping process. The longer suspension enables our customers to order less frequently with no waste. We custom blend and are able to reduce cycle times with these products.
Madison Central Delivery System
This system is key to the correct amount of slurry and vehicle being used on your lapping tables. It is adjustable and easily maintained. It greatly reduces waste and eliminates rock hard slurry in the bottom of your mixing tank.
