Small firm personality
Marsh & Partners was founded by Mick Marsh in Gatton in 1989. A small firm with seven staff, we serviced a rural community of mum and dad businesses and farmers.
Known for our outstanding service and integrity, the business grew year after year as a direct result of client referrals.
Early on we developed a reputation as the business fixers. We had a steady stream of referrals from bankers, lawyers and other accountants as the people to go to for cash flow issues, business turnarounds, complex tax problems and succession plans for family businesses and farms.
Our business grew rapidly, we moved to bigger premises and hired more staff. We became one of the biggest employers in the district and extended our reach to western Queensland and throughout South East Queensland.
All of our current partners started their careers with us in Gatton. As locals themselves, they understood the community, it’s challenges and the value of great business relationships.

In 2000, Marsh & Partners opened a Brisbane office and we’ve since grown our practice into a thriving business hub based in Spring Hill. Our capability has expanded and we’re able to offer a team with expertise in critical business matters.

Marsh & Partners have redefined what we expect from an accounting firm. We’re an SME business with a few companies and trusts.
