Wow those are gorgeous! What settings fo you recommend for nighttime shooting? I've tried once, but it didn't work out at all haha. I don't think I had enough lights in the shot. All the night pics I see seem to be fairly well balanced in lighting across the shot.
THANKS, quite proud of these!
I just play with my settings, i am by no means an expert when it comes to this stuff, haha.
Usually....ISO all the way up(depending how dark it is out), and then i go to 1”, 1.3”, 1.6”,2” and then i pick the best one. You can go more but usually they don’t turn out right because it let’s to much light in and blows out the lights in your picture. For these shots i left AF (Auto Focus) ON, it seemed to focus just fine, but if it hadn’t i would have had to manually focus the image which is a PITA and not always perfect (see image below).
Also Lightroom CC (Free APP) is great for slight corrections or large ones depending on your needs!
TIP: I shoot my pictures in RAW (easier and better to edit with), I shoot all my videos in D-CINELINK for the best color retention and editing capabilities. You can find these settings under your settings tab.
(you’ll see the image isn’t as sharp because i had to manually focus this image, AF wouldn’t work because their wasn’t enough light for it)
