Damaged Items
An item that arrives to you defective or damaged will be replaced with the same item. Simply contact us within 10 days of receipt and include photos of the damage. A replacement will be sent at our expense including shipping. Please don't return an item before contacting us.
Return Policy
If you want to return an item even though it is not damaged or defective when you receive it (ex: because you have changed your mind, made a mistake in ordering, or find the item is not as you expected, etc.), please contact us to arrange for a return. When the item is received in its original condition, a refund will be processed for the item cost minus shipping and minus a 20% restocking fee. Please don't return an item before contacting us.
