Hi, I am a new enwiki admin starting about a month ago. I am unfamiliar with the glock protocols & procedures, & with IP v6 ranges. Please educate me as to how to do this request better, advise whether it is more appropriate to block a more tightly focused subset of the range(s), or gently admonish me for anything I am doing wrong.

I first encountered 2600:387:C:7136:0:0:0:8 on wikinews:en:User_talk:Peaceray & 2600:387:15:639::8 on wikiquote:en:User_talk:Peaceray apparently soliciting meatpuppetry.

I see from this query on Stalk toy that ranges starting with 2600:387 are currently blocked on enwiki (8 instances), en.wiktionary (6 instances), & about a dozen other projects. The modus operandi seems to be sock puppetry, disruptive editing, & misuse of talk pages.
