Kim Kardashian has unveiled perhaps her most exciting venture yet – SKIMS body tape, so she can stop strapping her cleavage down with duct tape. Smart.
The KKW Beauty founder gave her 151 million Instagram followers a tutorial on how to use her collection of nude-coloured body tapes for those tricky outfits that boast plunging necklines and threaten to expose your boobs to the masses.
Let’s face it, many of us have been there.
Kim, 39, was pretty excited to share the new range with her fans after years of using duct tape and gaffer tape to keep her own boobs in place, but suffering the pain of ripping her skin upon removal.
‘Hey guys, I’m in my closet and I’m going to show you how to tape up your boobs with the boob tape because it’s something that I used for so many years,’ Kim told her followers on Tuesday.
But she admitted: ‘It would burn me and rip [her skin].’
The body tape comes in three colours of nude to try and suit most women but Kim admits ‘it’s not going to match your exact skin tone’.
The range will also come with nude-coloured nip-tape that she promises will also give you a ‘mini boob lift’.
Two for the price of one? Bargain.
Heaping praise on the range, Kim said: ‘I haven’t really seen a tape that’s out there that was in different variety of new colours, so I’m excited to launch these really soon along with our nipple covers.’
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star then shared a series of throwback images of when she used either duct tape or gaffer tape to strap her boobs down in some of her most memorable outfits – most with very low necklines and completely open shirts.
In one picture, she remembered fondly: ‘So even here! Evenly taped boobs is a good day!’
She added alongside another throwback snap: ‘Backless dress dilemma! I tape the front so I can wear a backless dress!’
‘I wish @skims tape existed because I will find pictures of my ripped skin once I took the tape off!’ she admitted.

‘It was important to make sure our @skims tape is gentle when removing.’
Kim later revealed that she began using the duct tape method back in 2008 so frankly, this was a long time coming.
