Chris Brown has confirmed the arrival of his baby boy three weeks after his ex-girlfriend, Ammika Harris, gave birth.
It was reported last month that Chris and Ammika had welcomed a son after the Loyalty singer posted a photo of himself with the date ‘11-20-2019’.
Now in another Instagram post on Wednesday, Chris shared the first photo of his newborn with the tot’s name in the caption: ‘AEKO CATORI BROWN.’
The black-and-white photo shows Chris holding the tot’s adorable tiny foot although Aeko’s head isn’t visible in the snap.
Ammika also confirmed the news by sharing the same photo, but added the sweet caption: ‘Forever won’t be enough with you.
No doubt Chris’ five-year-old daughter Royalty, whom he shares with ex Nia Guzman, is thrilled at having a baby brother to play with.
Chris, 30, and Ammika dated earlier this year but are believed to have split shortly after the model fell pregnant.
Although they are no longer in a relationship, TMZ previously reported Chris was supporting Ammika financially, medically and emotionally throughout her pregnancy.
It was also claimed Chris began dating new girlfriend Indyamarie but they allegedly split because of Ammika’s pregnancy.
Neither Chris or Ammika announced the pregnancy but he fuelled the rumours by referring to her as ‘BM [baby mother] in a number of Instagram posts.
Ammika was notably by Chris’ side when he was accused of raping a woman at a Paris hotel in February. The R&B singer was arrested and then released without charge days later. He and Ammika were first romantically linked briefly in 2015 but they only went public earlier this year.
Prior to Ammika, Chris was in a five-year relationship with model and actress Karrueche Tran but she dumped him after learning he had fathered a child – Royalty – with another woman during their relationship.
Shortly after Royalty’s birth, Chris admitted fatherhood and being responsible for another person had changed him.

Speaking to Ryan Seacrest on the presenter’s radio show, Chris said: ‘So I have a co-parenting job that’s pretty amazing but, you know, learning how to be a dad, especially learning how to take care of somebody else, you know, I barely know how to brush my teeth in the morning!
‘It’s actually great. It’s very humbling. You know, it’s very calming. I think I was a lot, you know, rambunctious, very hyper as a kid but now seeing that 10 times over, my daughter’s kinda like mellowing me out.’
