The MG-TM26D series is a cost-effective tool setter with a compact-surface size of φ20 and 67 mm height. It can be used on small to large machine tools to preset a wide range of tool types, perform wear, chipping, and thermal mutation compensation, and contribute to maintaining the machine's machining accuracy at all times.
The use of a proximity magnetic system has improved resistance to machine vibration and seismic resistance compared to conventional products.

Features

MG-TM26D is a two-signal model with overtravel (OT) signal

This tool setter model is equipped with an OT signal, independent from the measurement signal, and is output before the operating limit of the sensor is exceeded.
This feature prevents accidents that could damage equipment and sensors due to collisions.

1μm repeatability is achieved in spite of the proximity magnetic system. Coolant-resistant IP67 protection.

The IP67 rating enables highly accurate detection even in adverse environments subjected to coolant, thus contributing to shorter tool setting times.

Improved seismic resistance through the use of a magnetic non-contact mechanism!
Maintains low cost even with long life.

The magnetic non-contact mechanism is more resistant to mechanical vibration than conventional products and has improved seismic resistance.
This eliminates the problem of contact damage due to chattering and ensures a long service life.
