Frequently Asked Questions
We know that many walkers will have questions about the routes, what to wear. how to navigate the routes, etc.
On the Frequently Asked Questions page we have tried to answer the common questions.
Downloads
Need to print out walk instructions to take with you? Just view the individual walk and send to your printer for an A4 sized printout. Alternatively, you can just view the walk instructions on your phone as you walk.
Need a GPX route file so that you can follow along on you mobile phone?
Visit the Downloads page to find downloadable GPX files for each of the walks.
You will need an APP of some kind into which you can import your GPX file. You can try OS Maps or Memory Map, both of which require a subscription.
Certificate of Achievement
Completed all 44 Circular Walks?
When you have completed all 44 Circular Walks, Contact Us with your details to receive your FREE personalised Gold Achievement certificate. Please provide Your Name (as you would wish it to appear on the Certificate) and the date you completed your final Circular Walk.
Download the Circulars Completed.xls spreadsheet to keep a record of Circular Walks you have completed.

Pubs and Accomodation
We all need a drink and a snack or meal after a nice walk out in our glorious countryside, so we have compiled this list to help you. Many of our Circular Walks start and finish at a pub and you can usually use their carpark if you intend drinking there afterwards. If possible clear it with the landlord.
