Mazhab Syafi'i
Mazhab Syafi'i (bahaso Arab: شافعي Shāfiʿī ) adalah salah satu mazhab dari ampek mazhab fikih utamo manuruik aliaran Islam Sunni.[1][2] Mazhab iko ditagakan dek Imam As-Syafi'i, ulama bangsa Arab murik dari Imam Malik, pado awa abaik ka-9.[3][4] [1][2]
Ukum sarak manuruik Mazhab Syafi'i tarutamo badasar kapado Al-Qur'an jo Hadits Nabi.[3][5] Kok indak dapek diambiak kaputusan nan jaleh dari kaduonyo, mangko diliek lah Ijma – iyolah mupakaik para Sahabaik Nabi.[6] Kok indak juo dapek diambiak kaputusan, mangko diliek lah Ijtihad – iyolah pandapek surang-surang dari Sahabaik Nabi tu; sarato nan taakia adolah Qiyas – iyolah kieh jo ukum lain nan ado pasamoannyo.[3]
Kini ko Mazhab Syafi'i banyak dianuik dek panduduak di Somalia, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Djibouti, Masia timua, pasisia Swahili, Yaman, wilayah Kurdi di Timua Tangah, Dagestan, wilayah Chechnya jo Ingushetia di Kaukasus, Palestina, Lebanon, Indonesia, Malaysia, Maladewa, pantai Sri Lanka, India, Singapura, Myanmar, Thailand, Brunei, jo Filipina.[7]
