Deep Analysis, Sorcery, designed by Daren Bader first released in Feb, 2002 in the set Torment and was printed exactly in 26 different ways. It see play in 2 formats: Pauper and Commander. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 0.10.
A control or tempo deck that aims to draw cards and maintain card advantage would benefit from using Deep Analysis, as it provides card draw at a reasonable cost. However, there are better options available, such as Fact or Fiction or Chemister's Insight, which offer more card advantage or flexibility. Deep Analysis could see play in decks that specifically want to utilize its flashback ability or are looking for additional card draw options, but it may not be a top choice in a highly competitive environment.

To determine the total cost of a spell, start with the mana cost or alternative cost (such as a flashback cost) you’re paying, add any cost increases, then apply any cost reductions. The converted mana cost of the spell is determined only by its mana cost, no matter what the total cost to cast the spell was.
03/19/21
You can cast a spell using flashback even if it was somehow put into your graveyard without having been cast.
03/19/21
“Flashback [cost]” means “You may cast this card from your graveyard by paying [cost] rather than paying its mana cost” and “If the flashback cost was paid, exile this card instead of putting it anywhere else any time it would leave the stack.”
