Condescend, Instant, designed by Ron Spears first released in Jun, 2004 in the set Fifth Dawn and was printed exactly in 8 different ways. It see play in 1 formats: Commander. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of NZ$ 0.48.
A control deck in a blue-based strategy would benefit from including Condescend in their deck, as it provides both a way to counter spells and manipulate the top of their library with Scry 2. However, there are better options like Mana Leak or Counterspell that offer more efficient and reliable spell counter abilities, making Condescend less likely to see play in competitive Magic: the Gathering decks.
