This card would be beneficial in a red aggro or burn deck that aims to quickly deal damage to the opponent and control the board. The Storm ability can create multiple instances of damage, making it a powerful finisher. While Fiery Encore is a unique card with its discard and damage ability, some better alternatives in a burn deck could be cards like Lightning Bolt or Skewer the Critics for more efficient and direct damage.
